Sending emails to campers

CampStamps are credits that allow you to send  a one-way email to your camper using your CampInTouch* account or the Campanion App**. You can purchase CampStamps in different sized packages. Just like a postal stamp would be required to send a letter, a CampStamp is necessary to send an email to your camper. Click here to purchase CampStamps.

Note: At the current time, CampStamps can only support letters written in English.

  1. Enter your credit card (this is separate from the card we may have on file for tuition)
  2. Purchase CampStamps under the “Your Account” section of your CampInTouch* account page.
  3. Send a one-way email using the Email feature under the “Online Community” section of your CampInTouch* account.
  4. Emails will be batch printed each day at 10am and distributed with that day’s mail.
If you have a family member who is not a parent who would like to also send emails to your camper(s), you can create a “Guest Account” under the “Online Community” of your account and either “gift” or buy CampStamps for them to send to your camper. FYI - This guest feature will only work on the desktop access to your CampInTouch* portal as the Campanion App** is only set-up for parent usage at this time.

You can, of course, still send regular snail mail through the postal service.  Please use the following format when sending letters to your camper:
