I grew up at this camp and always dreamed about being a counselor there.  Although it is hard work, it is an amazing experience.  The best part was that I able to help the kids in my bunk have the same if not better amazing experience that I had.

Coming from across the world is very intimidating. I was worried about what it would be like to work at an American Summer Camp.  I found this camp to be brilliant.  I met lots of great people.  Made friends with mates I will have forever, even traveled after camp with some of them.  I would most definitely recommend CYJ.

I had heard about CYJ from a lot of friends and family.  After working there for two summers,  I soon learned that it was even better than what they described.   After studying education at college all year, I learned more by working directly with kids.  Camp will look great on my resume.
