Hey CYJ Campers!!
Another summer is right around the corner!
Whether you’re a new camper or a returning camper, the one thing we can tell you is that you’re going to have a great summer at CYJ. CYJ is really a unique place: a “home away from home” where you can make friends, learn new skills, and gain knowledge about your Jewish identity and your connection to Israel. (And did we mention you’ll have an incredible, memorable, action-packed, fun, amazing experience??!!!)
You can use this website to get LOTS of information about camp…you can learn about what activities we’ll be offering this summer (and we’re always willing to consider new ideas!), find out what to bring to camp (and what not to bring!!), look at pictures from last summer, and get the answers to many of your questions.
If you have suggestions, feedback or questions, please email Marcy (marcy@campyoungjudaea.com) or Jamie (jamie@campyoungjudaea.com). We love hearing from campers and their families.
If you are new, and want the names of other first-time campers your age to contact before camp, just let us know. Many of our returning campers are also more than happy to connect with you and make you feel welcome at our camp before you even get there! If you are a returning camper and need contact info for any of your camp friends, feel free to ask us. We’re happy to help!!
Remember, whether you’re at camp or back at home, YOU are an important representative of our camp family. As a CYJ camper, we ask that you act in a way that always shows what a caring, inclusive and kind camp we are, whether it’s online or in person.
