1. The Official Website for the Reunion is www.deepinthehills.net for all your reunion needs and updates. The reunion date is Sat June 20th.
2. The Official Invitations will be coming out very soon. Registration will also be on the web page. Pay Pal accepted, but checks are fine. We are primarily doing this electronically. Some invites will go out via snail mail.
3. Kids-- This is an Alumni Reunion, so if you were a camper or a counselor at CYJ then you qualify. Similar to a High School or a College Reunion. Alums will be responsible for the children if they decide to bring them up to camp.
4. Parking-- There will be off-site parking about a mile down the road at the Middle School. Shuttles will be operating throughout the day (8:30AM-6PM)
5. Lunch We will be serving a box style lunch that is included in your cost for the reunion.
6. Evening Activity-- There will be an event at an Off Site location. It's basically a YJ social with a few surprises (camp style) along the way. It is a separate cost and will be the launch party of the CYJ NH Alumni Assn.
7. Can We Stay In the Bunks-- Unfortunately no. At this point we will have all our counselors and support staff already housed in camps and it's just not feasible.
8. Then Where do We Stay Itzy?-- Here is a link to all the local hotels in the Amherst NH area.

9. So How Much $$$ --The reunion charge is $18 per person and $54 if you are bringing your family. The Evening Activity is a separate cost also $18.
10. What if It Rains? Guess what? If I were you I'd dust off that ol' guitar and start working on your best 'camp song." Because if the weather is bad, we are going ol' school with sing downs, talent shows and paper bag dramatics!!! I'm serious too.
11. What if it's nice out? Obviously we will be running activates after services and throughout the days. But with all the visiting and walking around it's a loose structured day.
(12. Softball Tourney?-- I'd like to get a 6-8 team tourney going throughout the day if people are into it. This may be scrapped for a later program for the CYJ NH Alumni ASSN)
13. Dinner-- What we are recommending to folks is to break off into groups and go enjoy the rare times you get to see each other and eat some of Southern New Hampshires finest cuisines. Then re-group for the evening activity (see #6) which will be begin at 8-830PM at an off-site location.
14. Services-- For those of you interested, we will be offering services in the grove. The services will be from 10AM-11AM in the grove. Shuttles will not be entering YJ during this time.
15. Daled/Special Groups--If any Daled or age group would like to do something to 'give back' to CYJ, please let me know. It can be anything, in 03 we had a group donate a TV/DVD for our Judaica cabin for example. It's up to you.
16. CYJ Archives-- We will have a CYJ Museum set up in camp (old dining hall?) So please send any old pictures or CYJ artifacts to: Steve Itzkowitz C/O CYJ 9 Camp Road, Amherst NH 03031. If you want your items returned please label the pictures and let us know where to send them.
17. Bricks--Near Ulam Levine there is a garden area with a concrete bench. Surrounding the garden is our CYJ brick garden. If you want to be part of the garden we will be taking orders for commemative bricks. This is also an extra charge. And yes, it also is $18.
18. Volunteers--Since we will have our 2009 staff at the reunion, we are pretty well set. However, if you would like to teach a class (dance, music, A & C), then by all means, we would love to have any Alums participate.
