Our health center is staffed by a team of RNs 24 hours a day

We have a daily appointment time with a nearby medical practice

It’s a ten-minute drive to two local hospital walk-in clinics

Our kosher food is tasty and nutritious

Staff Training

Interviews and staff reference checks are done for every employee, including required background criminal record checks

Staff training includes pre-camp distance learning technology and a week of in-camp training before campers arrive

All Waterfront staff are certified in First Aid and CPR as well as lifeguarding; Water Safety Instructor certification is required of all second-year staff

Ropes course, Archery and Riflery all have certified instructors leading these programs

 

Safety

All cabins are equipped with smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and lightning rod

Our in-camp phone system allows immediate contact with the office and directors
